Put the same name on the Diwa Spin account and the UPI id
Most cashier delays that this dial can talk about start as two different names. Match them before you request money. This dial cannot edit either name for you.

Compare them while the wallet is quiet
Open the profile name and the UPI name you plan to use. If they differ, stop the request. A friend’s id is not a workaround, even for a test rupee.
Correcting a name, when the app allows it, happens before the cashout form, not after a failure.
What not to send while you compare
Do not send a screenshot of a UPI PIN, a card, or a one-time code to anyone helping you read the names. The names themselves are enough.
This host will not ask you to forward those images.
After a mismatch error
Read the exact words on the cashier. Then use in-app help with the amount, time, and reference. Do not install a second package to clear the error.
A caller who offers to align the names if you read out a PIN is ending the dial. Hang up.
One id after the names agree
Submit once, to that id. A second id used the same day to see which is faster splits the record and slows both.
Pending remains a status word. The name match does not publish a clock.

- Stop if they differ Before you submit.
- Share no PIN and no code Names only, if you must ask someone.
- Use in-app help for an error Amount, time, reference.
- Send once A single id.

Can this dial rename my UPI id?
No. Your bank app and the Diwa Spin cashier are the only places that matter.
The names match and it is still pending. Is the name the problem?
Not necessarily. Read the status word and use in-app help.
May I try my spouse’s handle once?
No. The dial allows one adult on both sides.
Will you confirm the name by email?
No. We cannot see the account.
